Design Notes

Unlike most RBS, it is only four bases long, so attention should be paid to the spacing in practice to avoid possible frameshift mutations.

It comes from genomic sequence of Pseudomonas fluorescens, and we learned it from Prof.Zhang Liqun' s thesis.
